Materials manufacturer
Raw to ready. We make the materials industry runs on.
Faber Opus recovers reclaimed plastics, paper, and metals like copper, aluminium, and steel, then reprocesses them into finished industrial output that's ready to build with.
The thesis
The materials an economy depends on can be made from what it throws away, at quality and at scale.
That is the whole business. We take reclaimed material out of the waste stream and return it to industry as finished, specified output. We are a manufacturer, not a recycling scheme.
Recovery to finished output
One value chain, three stages.
Our structure follows the material, not an org chart. Everything moves the same way, from intake to the finished line.
Recovery
Reclaimed material is sourced from the waste stream and graded at intake.
Reprocessing
Inputs are sorted by type, cleaned, and converted back toward specification.
Finished output
Processed material leaves the line as finished industrial output, ready for manufacture.
Material streams
Three streams. One standard.
Metals
Copper, aluminium, and steel recovered, refined, and brought back to specification.
Plastics
Reclaimed polymer streams sorted, cleaned, and reprocessed into usable feedstock.
Paper
Fibre recovered from the waste stream and reprocessed into industrial-grade stock.
